Nightjet to Šumperk

In July this year, a Nightjet sleeper wagon, operated by the Austrian national carrier ÖBB, was delivered to Šumperk. The wagon is destined for renovation, which will be carried out by the Škoda Group at its production plant. This is part of a large-scale project to modernise the entire Nightjet fleet.
Transporting the sleeper was very challenging as it was a very long and wide load. The overall length of the rig was 50 metres, with a stretch frame width of 4 metres. The transport was arranged jointly with us by the company RONTRANSMAR from Romania, which has extensive experience in transporting oversized loads.
